· New Business development: Generate new leads through various channels and identify
prospects
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
· Understand customer requirements and articulate a suitable solution
· Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients
· Prepare reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
· Collaboration with the technical team for technical discussions and demonstrations
· Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably from the software industry.
· Experience in B2B Sales
· Experience in a complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Clear understanding of the software market and its key players.
· Self-Motivated
· Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue goals.
· Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives
