*Follow up on sales inquiries & orders.
*Monitor and qualify incoming leads.
*Coordinate with the sales and tech team for prompt solutions.
*Stay up to date with product & service information.
*Research prospects and generate leads.
*Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone & via email
*Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
*Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
*Building and maintaining a CRM database.
*Mechanical Engineering would be a plus
*Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably from the Software industry.
*Excellent customer service & sales skills
*Strong verbal & written communication skills
*Confident
