We’re Hiring | Domestic Staffing Sales/ Business Development Expert (India)

Staffingine is seeking a seasoned and strategic Sales Leader to head our Domestic Staffing division across IT, Non-IT, BFSI, and Engineering verticals.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you will be responsible for building the vertical from the ground up, assembling a high-performing team, and driving business growth with full accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire and onboard new clients in the domestic staffing market

Build the staffing business from scratch and lead end-to-end sales operations

Recruit, mentor, and manage a strong sales and delivery team

Manage and grow key accounts with a long-term partnership approach

Own and report annual P&L, revenue, and growth metrics

Coordinate with internal delivery teams to ensure timely and high-quality service

Develop and execute growth-focused sales strategies aligned with company goals

Ideal Candidate Profile

Minimum 10 years of experience in India domestic staffing sales

Proven experience in building and scaling staffing teams and business units

Background in start-up or high-growth environments

Strong understanding of IT, Non-IT, BFSI, and Engineering hiring needs

Exceptional client relationship, communication, and leadership skills

Self-starter with the ability to take ownership and deliver measurable results
