Ideal for a married female this full-time role offers stability and a convenient location. The candidate should be proactive, communicative, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming inquiries related to products and orders from customers. Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery. Maintain accurate sales records, order statuses, and customer databases. Provide follow-up support to customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and feedback. Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks and reporting. Manage basic communication through phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
