✅ Role Overview:As a Sales Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to support our loan sales process — from lead generation to documentation — ensuring smooth coordination between clients, sales executives, and financial institutions. 🔍 Key Responsibilities: Lead Management: Handle inquiries and distribute leads to field sales agents. Client Coordination: Communicate with clients to understand loan requirements and provide guidance on eligible loan products. Documentation Support: Assist clients in collecting, checking, and submitting the necessary documents for Business, Personal and Secured Loans. Lender Liaison: Coordinate with banks and NBFCs for application status, eligibility checks, and processing follow-ups. Pipeline Monitoring: Track progress of each case, ensuring timely disbursals and client satisfaction. Reporting: Maintain daily and weekly reports of leads, conversions. 💼 Special Focus Areas:Business Loans: Unsecured and secured funding for MSMEs, startups, and established businesses.
