Sales Automation Manager

As a Sales Manager for Industrial Automation in Ahmedabad, you will play a crucial role in leading our sales operations and driving business growth in the target sectors. With over 6 years of experience, you will leverage your expertise in automation products such as Servo, Stepper, PLC, HMI, and SCADA to manage a high-performing sales team effectively. Collaborating closely with engineering and support functions, you will develop strategic plans and deliver tailored automation solutions to clients, fostering long-term partnerships and ensuring revenue success. Your responsibilities will include driving sales of industrial automation solutions, leading and mentoring a sales team of 10+ members, developing regional sales strategies, identifying new customer segments, and working with engineering teams to provide customized technical solutions. From prospecting to post-sales support, you will oversee the full sales lifecycle, analyze market trends, attend industry events, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction through continuous engagement. To excel in this role, you must possess a strong domain knowledge in industrial automation, a proven track record in B2B industrial sales, and exceptional team management and leadership capabilities. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and excellent communication skills are essential. Additionally, you should be willing to travel as required, have a deep understanding of sales funnels, customer journeys, and industrial client needs. Ideally, you should hold a degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, EC, or related technical fields, along with at least 6 years of experience in industrial automation sales. Previous experience in managing mid to large-sized sales teams, post-sales service coordination, customer relationship management, and knowledge of market dynamics and pricing strategies in the automation domain would be advantageous for this role.,
