Requirements Qualification: - MBA- Marketing/IB (Graduate- any engineering stream) Experience: - 0 to 2 years *(Minimum 6 months international experience require) Position objective: - Revenue generation, Lead generation, Cold calling Shift : US Shift (WFO) Key functional area: Generation of qualified leads through various sources Cold calling Appointment setting with decision maker/s of the organization Knowledge of CRM Key responsibilities: Cold calling, campaigning, bulk emailing, social networking etc. Achieving monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation Handle the initial level of calls with decision makers Personal attributes: Outstanding communication skills in verbal, written and presentation. Strong client management skills and a confident negotiator. Good sales acumen, knowledge of CRM. A go-getter, detail & result oriented. Excellent internet / web research capability. Ability to cope with competing demands and take initiatives accordingly A person with high energy levels and openness to learn new things.
