🎯 Role Overview:

Sales & Marketing Interns

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in generating and qualifying leads for eldercare services
• Support in planning and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns
• Handle outreach via phone, email, WhatsApp & social media platforms
• Collaborate with operations and care teams to ensure smooth service communication
• Help maintain and update CRM, track leads, and report performance metrics
• Research and suggest local outreach ideas (senior clubs, RWA tie-ups, clinics, etc.)
• Assist in creating content ideas and marketing collaterals (with team support)

🧩 What We’re Looking For:

• Students/freshers pursuing degrees in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or related fields
• Strong communication skills (English + Hindi/local language)
• Empathy, patience, and passion for eldercare
• Proactive, curious, and self-driven
• Basic knowledge of Canva, social media tools, or Google Workspace is a plus
