Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to drive business growth through strategic sales efforts and impactful marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing new business opportunities, and executing marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities:Sales:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client visits.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage post-sales follow-up.
  • Maintain CRM systems with up-to-date client information and activity records.

Marketing:

  • Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns (online and offline).
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce promotional materials, brochures, and social media content.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, events, and industry conferences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in sales and/or marketing roles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in [industry, e.g., FMCG, IT, Real Estate, etc.].
  • Familiarity with SEO, PPC, email

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
