Key Responsibilities:

Implement and administer
SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
solutions including rule creation, workflows, certifications, and connectors.
Drive deployment activities, third-party system integration, and configuration of roles/policies.
Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to ensure secure access management practices.
Support Archer findings tracking and governance reporting for access control.
Work within Agile frameworks (e.g., Azure DevOps) to deliver IAM features and enhancements.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum
5-9years
of experience in IAM with a focus on
SailPoint IIQ
.
Strong understanding of
BeanShell scripting
,
Java Coding
,
IAM architecture
, and
connector configurations
.
Experience with
CI/CD tools
(Jenkins, Git, Terraform, CloudFormation).
Proficiency in
databases
(Oracle, SQL, Sybase),
LDAP/AD
, and
application servers
.
Exposure to tools like
JIRA, Bitbucket, Bamboo
and enterprise SharePoint.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
