Job Title: Business Development Executive Experience: 1 to 3 Years Location: Ahmedabad, India Joining: Immediate to 15 Days Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to drive lead generation, build relationships, and convert HNI/UHNI clients for our investment migration programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, particularly with HNI and UHNI clients, and should possess strong networking, negotiation, and presentation skills. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Business Hunting: Identify and proactively source new business opportunities within the HNI/UHNI client segments. Client Acquisition & Management: Build and manage a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring exceptional service throughout the investment migration process. Public Speaking & Presentations: Deliver persuasive presentations and speak at events to promote services to potential clients and partners. Networking: Establish and maintain strong connections with industry professionals, influencers, and stakeholders to generate business leads. Negotiation: Lead negotiations with potential clients to close deals and secure strategic partnerships. Market & Industry Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor strategies, and client needs to identify growth opportunities. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, legal, and operations, to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction. Reporting: Provide regular updates on business development activities, lead conversion rates, and client acquisition performance to senior management. Key Qualifications: Experience: 3-4 years in business development, with a focus on acquiring and managing HNI/UHNI clients. Industry Background: Experience in investment migration, private banking, luxury real estate, wealth management, or similar sectors is highly desirable. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in lead generation, client acquisition, and business growth. Public Speaking & Presentation Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills with experience addressing HNI/UHNI clients.
