Robotics Trainer

Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Robotics Trainer to engage and educate students from Grades 6 to 12 in STEM, robotics, and programming. The trainer will deliver hands-on sessions, guide projects, and inspire creativity and innovation in young learners. Key Responsibilities: Conduct interactive robotics and coding sessions for students in Grades 6–12. Develop lesson plans, projects, and curriculum based on age group and skill levels. Teach basic to advanced concepts in electronics, programming (e.g., Arduino, Scratch, Python), and robotics platforms (LEGO, VEX, etc.). Guide students through individual and team-based projects. Organize and mentor students for robotics competitions and exhibitions. Ensure safety, discipline, and engagement during all sessions. Maintain and manage robotics kits and lab equipment. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Education, or related field. Knowledge of robotics kits (LEGO Mindstorms/EV3, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, etc.). Familiarity with basic programming languages (Scratch, Python, C/C++). Strong communication and classroom management skills. Passion for teaching and working with children. Preferred: Prior experience as a STEM or robotics instructor. Certification in robotics or programming courses. Experience in mentoring students for tech competitions.
