  • Track campaign performance and optimize for

Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in

    Retention Marketing / CRM

  • Proficiency in

    email automation platform on Clevertap, moengage or similar tool

  • Strong understanding of

    customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing

  • Knowledge of

    Clevertap, Excel, and reporting dashboards

  • Good copywriting skills for

    engaging communication
