Key Responsibilities:

• Attend walk-in customers and explain our products/services in a clear and engaging manner
• Handle customer queries over

  phone and WhatsApp

• Build strong relationships with potential clients and convert inquiries into successful sales
• Work towards meeting monthly sales achievement.
• Maintain records and basic customer data using simple tools (MS Excel, CRM, etc.)

Requirements:

• Minimum

  2 years

  of proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role
• Graduate in any discipline
• Excellent communication skills in

  English (spoken & written)

• Confident, professional, and result-driven personality
• Comfortable using

  basic computers and tools

• Ability to handle multiple customer interactions (in person, phone, WhatsApp)
