KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Responding to customer inquiries via social media, email, and WhatsApp chat in a professional and timely manner. Providing product recommendations and assisting customers with their purchases. Resolving customer complaints and return/replacement issues to ensure a positive experience. Assisting in collaborating with social media influencers to promote the brand. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in MS Excel. Contributing ideas for improving customer service processes and overall customer satisfaction. Desired Skills and Experience MS-Excel, Problem Solving, Client Relationship English Proficiency (Spoken), English Proficiency (Written), Hindi Proficiency (Spoken) Conflict Management 3-4 years of experience in Guest relations management.
