Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Understand customer needs and recommend products accordingly. Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets. Maintain the visual appeal and cleanliness of the store. Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Support store operations like billing, inventory checks, and daily reporting. Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence in handling customers and driving sales. Good negotiation skills and persuasive ability. Prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus (not mandatory).
