Retail Head

1. Retail Operations Management

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all 30–40 retail outlets.

Monitor and maintain high operational standards, customer service, and visual merchandising across all stores.

Implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) across all retail points.

2. Sales & Revenue Growth

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets for all outlets.

Drive store-level performance to maximize revenue and profitability.

Analyze sales reports, customer trends, and footfall data to strategize business growth.

3. Staff Management & Training

Recruit, train, and manage store managers and retail staff across all outlets.

Monitor performance, ensure timely appraisals, and provide skill development training.

Build a motivated and disciplined retail team.

4. Stock & Inventory Control

Coordinate with the warehouse and merchandising team to ensure optimum stock availability.

Manage inventory movement, stock audits, shrinkage control, and replenishment cycles.

5. Customer Experience & Brand Representation

Ensure uniform brand standards and high-quality customer service at all retail touchpoints.

Handle customer escalations and feedback for continuous service improvement.

Represent the brand with schools and parents during seasonal peak periods (admissions, fee days, etc.)

6. Store Expansion & New School Tie-ups

Identify new retail opportunities and plan store expansion in high-potential areas.

Collaborate with the sales team to initiate and finalize tie-ups with new schools.

Conduct feasibility studies and business analysis for new store openings.

7. Monthly Audits & Reporting

Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance, performance, hygiene, and safety standards.

Submit MIS reports and business performance updates to senior management.

Implement corrective action plans based on audit findings.

8. Budgeting & Cost Control

Manage the retail budget including manpower, operations, visual merchandising, and promotional activities.

Optimize operational costs while maintaining quality service.
