Resort Manager

Resort Manager You are a Hospitality Professional who is Skilled, and Diligent towards Service Excellence. We are looking for a Hands-on flexible person who understands the Resort business needs. Job Purpose: Overseeing all aspects of resort operations, including guest services, accommodations, food and beverage, recreation, and facilities management. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in resort management. Previous experience in a similar managerial role in the hospitality industry is required. A customer-centric approach, attention to detail, and the ability to drive profitability and guest satisfaction are essential for success in this position. Key Areas of Responsibility: 1. Evaluate operational and financial performance. 2. Purchases & Stock taking– F&B, Housekeeping, keeping costs in control 3. Housekeeping dept - Daily checking of resort, rooms for cleanliness, hygiene & order 4. F&B - Restaurant setup, food service, kot & billing, Inventory checking. 5. Customer Interactions and considering their feedback. 6. Generating Reports: Financial, Operational, Guest satisfaction rating, etc 7. Handling inbound sales and sales visits of guests. Convert leads to bookings. 8. Assist in the Recruitment of resort staff in all departments and functions 9. Training & Grooming service staff + House Keeping Staff 10. Front office dept – checkin and checkout process Skill-set required: 1. Good Knowledge of Property Management Software – WinClould, WinHMS 2. Highly motivated, Goal-oriented executive with a proven track record of achieving operating targets. 3. Language proficiency both spoken & written: English, Hindi, Marathi 4.
