Job Summary

Resort Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the resort including:
• Food & Beverage (F&B) services
• Housekeeping
• Maintenance and facility management
• Lead and manage the local team, ensuring smooth coordination between departments and high service standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues promptly to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Maintain the upkeep of the property and ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management, highlighting challenges and suggesting solutions.

Qualification & Experience:

• Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel or resort operations.
• Prior experience in managing remote or eco-resort properties is a plus.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a local workforce and resolve on-ground operational challenges effectively.
• Willingness to be based full-time in Purulia.
