Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Manager located in Rajkot. The Reservations Manager will be responsible for managing all reservations inquiries and processes, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining open communication with guests. Responsibilities include handling booking cancellations and modifications, coordinating with the sales team to optimize room occupancy, and providing training to front office staff on reservation procedures. The Reservations Manager will also be involved in preparing daily reports and managing the hotel's booking systems.
