Project Name: World Bank Position Code: IIPHG/REC/2025-26/21 Position Title: Research Associate No. of Posts: 02 (Two) Location: IIPHG Duration of Position: 11 Months Brief On The Organization Indian Institute of Public Health Gandhinagar (IIPHG) is a University established under IIPHG Act, 2015 of Gujarat State. It offers courses in the field of Public Health. It also undertakes various research projects in the field of Public Health. The university is established by Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI) with support from the Government of Gujarat, Department of Health & Family Welfare. Project Brief This project aimed at strengthening public health outcomes through enhanced collaboration with private sector stakeholders. This project seeks to develop and operationalize scalable models that drive effective and sustainable private-sector engagement for integrated disease surveillance. IIPHG will adopt a participatory, systems-oriented approach—conducting stakeholder consultations, policy analyses, and contextual assessments—to co-create frameworks that bridge the gaps between public and private sectors in service delivery, resource mobilization, and innovation. Deliverables  Coordination with relevant stakeholders to plan activities.  Undertake the data collection and execution of the field activities.  Maintain all the records pertaining to project activities and documentation.  Assist in data analysis and report writing.  Any other activities as assigned by the PI or supervisor. Qualification: Graduation in health science (BHMS, BAMS, BDS, BPT with postgraduate in public health (Two years)/Masters in Hospitals/health care management), life science (MSc in Biotech., microbiology etc.) or any relevant field. Desirable: Health Graduate, MPH Experience: About 01 to 02 years of experience in public health. Desirable: Experience of working with government and international organizations.
