Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented R&D Executive to join our Bangalore-based team. The role involves developing new chemical processes and formulations, conducting experiments, improving existing products, and supporting scale-up and production activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize chemical processes/formulations for fine and specialty chemicals.
• Conduct lab-scale synthesis, performance testing, and analysis.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and experiment logs.
• Assist in scale-up trials and provide support to the production team.
• Identify and evaluate raw materials, chemicals, and techniques for process improvements.
• Work in compliance with company SOPs, safety protocols, and regulatory norms.
• Coordinate with Quality Control, Production, and Purchase teams to ensure successful implementation of R&D outcomes.

• Good understanding of organic synthesis and lab safety procedures.
• Analytical thinking with strong problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with lab instruments like HPLC, GC, FTIR, etc. (preferred but not mandatory)
