Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 14 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in retail mortgages and sales.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers.
Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the community.

Job Requirements

Minimum 14 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in retail mortgages or sales.
Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including retail mortgages.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Experience working with diverse client groups, including those from underprivileged backgrounds.
