Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in retail mortgages.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends.
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries promptly.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the bank's products and services.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of retail mortgages and inclusive banking principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with diverse client groups and building strong relationships.
