Job Description

Title - Regional Sales ManagerRegion - Western We are looking for an enthusiastic Enterprise sales professional who will be responsible for the developing CyberSWIFT's business in the Western part of India. The person will be driving the entire sales process with prospective enterprise customer both in the Government and Corporate Sector. Job Responsibility: Development of North India market by creating a strong presence in the region & managing engagement and business with key customers. Job responsibilities: l Identifying new sales leads, new markets & customers. l Meeting existing customers and working towards acquiring new business with these customers. l End-to-end responsibility for new business development and Account Mining. Functional Requirement Analysis with Clients, Proposal Preparation, Negotiation and Closure. Ownership of Year-on-Year and Quarterly Sales Targets. Design and Create Custom Solution as per client's requirement. l Demonstrative excellent skill set in presenting enterprise solutions Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop unique selling propositions and differentiators. Monitor and regularly report on key performance indicators. Job Requirements. l Should have hands-on experience in selling IT services in government and corporate sphere. l Ability and experience to get connected at senior management levels of Client Organisations. (IAS/IFS Officials, CEO, Director, Vice President). Excellent communication (writing/speaking) and presentation skills. l Dynamic individual and a pro-active sales professional who is self-driven. l Should be able to build strategies to develop new accounts for the business. Execute on achieving the vision through the strategies defined. Excellent conversation, communication and presentation skills. l Should be capable of achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales target. l Must have sound knowledge in current Technologies / IT solutions. l Knowledge in Geospatial Sector will be an added advantage.
