🚀 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the regional sales team across Chhattisgarh with strong planning and execution.

• Drive dealer and distributor network expansion in all agro-potential districts.

• Meet sales targets with a focus on revenue growth and market penetration.

• Monitor competitor activity and farmer behavior to inform sales strategies.

• Conduct field visits, demos, farmer meetings, and harvesting observations.

• Report regularly to the HO on regional performance, forecasts, and challenges.

• Train and guide sales officers, field assistants, and distributors.

• Collaborate with marketing for seasonal planning, promotions, and feedback.

✅ Requirements:

• 5–10 years of experience in agri-input or seed sales (must have handled a territory in Chhattisgarh).

• Strong dealer/distributor connect and network-building skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or a related field preferred.

• Proven leadership and team management skills.

• Comfortable with data reporting, digital tools, and CRM basics.
