Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Manager Field Sales in the Delhi NCR region. The position is based in

Noida

. The Regional Manager Field Sales will be responsible for managing and supervising the sales team, planning and implementing sales strategies, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining client relationships. The role also involves analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and ensuring that sales targets are met. The Regional Manager will work closely with other departments to provide the best service to our clients.

Qualifications

Experience (5yr+)in Sales Management, Customer Relationship Management, and Business Development
Strong strategic planning, market analysis, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven leadership and team management abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
Familiarity with the SME sector and buyer-supplier matchmaking platforms is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
