Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Manager located in Hyderabad. The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations within the assigned region, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded, and maximizing revenue. This role includes training and leading the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and identifying new business opportunities. The Regional Manager will also ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications

Experience in sales management, team leadership, and developing sales strategies
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain client relationships
Knowledge of the diagnostic industry and regional market dynamics
Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and use of CRM tools
Problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the medical diagnostics field is a plus
