Recruitment Manager

As a Blue-collar Recruitment Manager at Indus Motors Green, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment processes for 3w/4w EV drivers in Delhi NCR. Your role will involve sourcing leads, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding selected individuals. Collaboration with ground operation managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and ensure a seamless hiring process will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be tasked with building and nurturing relationships with external recruitment agencies and leading a team of internal recruiters. To excel in this role, you should possess prior experience in recruiting blue-collar drivers and supervisors, along with a solid understanding of recruitment best practices and labor laws. Your interpersonal and persuasion skills will be crucial in engaging with candidates and stakeholders effectively. The ability to work closely with ground operations, manage external recruitment partnerships, and lead a team of field recruiters will be essential for success in this position. Strong organizational skills, time management abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality are also important qualities for the role.
