Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Assisting in identifying potential candidates through various channels (online job boards, social media) and reviewing resumes and applications.
  • Scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and potentially participating in initial screening interviews.
  • Maintaining and updating candidate information in HR systems or databases.
  • Assisting with onboarding new hires, preparing paperwork, and handling general HR administrative tasks.
  • Contributing to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Fostering relationships with candidates and potential applicants.
  • Assisting with the preparation of recruitment reports and statistics.
