Responsibilities may include: Plan, execute and operationalize in-person and virtual development programs and processes Review deliverables for accuracy and quality Execute a positive learner experience through creating efficiencies in processes, systems, and tools that ensure learning initiatives also comply with regulatory and Deloitte policies. Assist in the creation and development of various learning programs and training experiences, to help Deloitte personnel develop the capabilities and knowledge needed to grow at Deloitte Participate in or lead learning project teams to build positive, collaborative partnerships among business stakeholders, SMEs and peers Use critical thinking skills to identify, research, conduct data analysis, and recommend solutions to complex problems Apply project and program management experience: organization, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree Minimum 6 years of related professional experience in developing adult learning programs and training experiences Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future Ability to travel up to 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
