Recruiting Intern

Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruiting Intern to join our team and assist in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment processes and is ideal for individuals passionate about HR and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:Candidate Sourcing and Screening:Assist in posting job openings on various platforms.Source candidates through online databases, social media, and other recruitment channels.Review resumes and screen applications to shortlist potential candidates.Interview Coordination:Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Communicate interview details and expectations to candidates.Recruitment Support:Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems.Provide support during onboarding and document collection processes.Ensure compliance with company policies and data confidentiality.Employer Branding:Assist in creating content for social media and recruitment campaigns.Participate in career fairs and networking events, as needed.Administrative Tasks:Prepare and update recruitment reports and metrics.Support the HR team with ad hoc projects and initiatives.Qualifications:Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using recruitment tools.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.Interested candidates can send resume at parmar.j@cran.in or call at 9076162111.
