Role- Recruiter (Paid Internship) We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and employer branding, while supporting key hiring initiatives. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify, engage, and hire top talent. Key Responsibilities: Assist with job postings on various platforms (LinkedIn, company website, job boards, etc.) Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data accuracy Support employer branding initiatives, including content creation for social media Help organize and participate in career fairs and recruitment events Conduct market research and competitive analysis on talent trends Assist with offer letters, onboarding documentation, and HR admin tasks Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with great attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace Passionate about recruitment and talent development Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism What You’ll Gain: Real-world experience in recruitment and HR operations Exposure to end-to-end hiring processes Mentorship from experienced HR professionals Opportunity to network with industry professionals A potential pathway to a full-time role (based on performance and business needs) Show more Show less
