Job Title: Full-Time HR Intern (Unpaid – 3 Months)

Location: Remote

Duration: 3 Months

Working Days: Monday to Alternate Saturdays

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
• Support onboarding, induction, and documentation for new hires
• Maintain accurate HR records, databases, and reports
• Help execute employee engagement activities and internal events
• Draft HR communications, reports, and official letters
• Coordinate with different departments and external candidates
• Perform general HR admin and support tasks as required

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace tools
• Eager to learn, highly motivated, and proactive
• Available to work full-time for the entire internship duration
