Job Description – Recruiter (Female)

Location: Bhestan, Surat

Company: Acme Creation Pvt. Ltd. (Schiffli Embroidery Textile Manufacturer)

Job Type: Full-Time | 6 Days a Week

Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Salary Range: ₹18,000 to ₹25,000/month

Key Responsibilities:

1. Job Posting & Resume Sourcing

• Create and post detailed job descriptions on various job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, WorkIndia).
• Source and filter relevant CVs from online platforms and databases.

2. Candidate Screening

• Conduct initial telephonic interviews to evaluate candidates’ communication, experience, and fit for the role.
• Shortlist potential candidates and share summaries with department heads.

3. Interview Coordination

• Schedule and manage interviews with relevant teams or department leads.
• Follow up with candidates for document submission and interview confirmations.

4. Candidate Relationship Management

• Maintain professional and regular communication with candidates through the hiring process.
• Assist in onboarding coordination if the candidate is selected.

• Key Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment
• Educational qualification: Graduate (preferably from Commerce)
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Basic working knowledge of email, MS Excel, and job portal navigation.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
