Recruitment Intern


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interview panels
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
  • Follow up with shortlisted candidates for documentation and joining formalities
  • Support the HR team with day-to-day recruitment operations.


  • Requirements:

  • Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR, Business, or a related field
  • Strong interest in recruitment and HR functions
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of Excel, email drafting, and professional communication
  • Available to work from the office (Faridabad location)
