Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Female Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team . The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients. This role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, and requires a deep understanding of the local real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
• Property Transactions: Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay updated on property trends, values, and competitive listings.
• Property Showings: Organize and conduct property viewings, open houses, and site visits.
• Negotiation: Negotiate property sales and rental agreements on behalf of clients, aiming for favorable terms.
• Documentation: Prepare and manage all necessary documentation, including contracts and agreements.
• Networking: Develop and maintain relationships with other real estate professionals, developers, and potential clients.
• Marketing: Promote properties through various channels, including online listings, social media, and print media.
• Compliance: Ensure all real estate transactions comply with local laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
• Licensing: Valid real estate license as per Punjab state regulations.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of the local real estate market.
• Proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
