Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert leads through cold calling, site visits, and referrals.
• Conduct property showings and explain project features, pricing, and benefits to potential clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers.
• Guide buyers through the sales process, including documentation and legal formalities.
• Maintain and update CRM records and regular sales reports.
• Stay updated with local real estate trends, inventory, and competitor projects.
• Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial) is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident, presentable, and customer-centric approach.
• Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools.
• Own vehicle and willingness to travel locally for site visits.
