Experience Required: Minimum 1–3 years (Real Estate Industry experience is mandatory)

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or a related field. A master’s degree is also mandatory if you have.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Business heads direct the activities of employees, from recruiting, training, and evaluating new staff and ensuring that the company or department is in the process of meeting its financial objectives. 

·       Business heads can establish and implement budgets, prepare reports for Senior Management and ensure that the department complies with company policies. Managers also ensure that employees have the resources to complete their work.

·       Lead & Manage Sales Team

·       Develop & Implement effective Sales Strategies

·       Build & maintain strong client relationship

·       Achieve & exceed Sales Targets

·       Prepare & Deliver Sales Report & Forecasts

·       Excellent in Negotiation Skills

·       A good communicator

·       Ready to take up initiative for Sales

·       Should be able to maintain & sustain P & L Account of his own for running his Team 

Skills:

• Strong understanding of real estate products, services and the customer journey within the industry.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent grasp over both Hindi and English languages

• High level of empathy, patience and professionalism when dealing with clients.
