Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SQL Developer with strong expertise in either PostgreSQL or Oracle databases, coupled with proficiency in Java and/or Python. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable database solutions, as well as integrating these solutions with applications built using Java and/or Python. You will play a crucial role in optimizing database performance, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software. Stay up-to-date with the latest database technologies and best practices in PostgreSQL, Oracle, Java, and Python. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). 3+ years of experience as an SQL Developer. Strong proficiency in either PostgreSQL or Oracle databases, including: Expertise in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers. Experience with database design, normalization, and optimization techniques. Understanding of database architecture and administration concepts. Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: Java: Experience with JDBC, ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate, JPA), and Spring Boot is a plus. Python: Experience with database connectors (e.g., psycopg2, cx_Oracle), ORM frameworks (e.g., SQLAlchemy), and data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas) is a plus.
