Key Responsibilities:

📝 Design, develop, and execute test plans and cases (manual + automated)
🧪 Perform
functional

regression

integration

system
, and
performance
testing
🐞 Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools
🤝 Collaborate with developers & product teams to understand requirements and resolve issues
💻 Maintain & update automated test scripts and frameworks
✅ Ensure QA best practices and process adherence
📈 Continuously improve QA methodologies and efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications:

🎓 Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field
💼 3–4 years of hands-on experience in
Software QA
🔍 Strong Manual Testing skills & knowledge of QA methodologies
🤖 Proficient in Automation Testing using
Selenium, TestNG, JUnit
, or similar
🌐 Experience with web/mobile test scripting
🔧 Familiarity with Git or other version control tools
📘 Understanding of
SDLC
and
Agile
processes
🧠 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
✍️ Good communication and documentation abilities

Preferred (Nice to Have):

🔗 Knowledge of
API testing
with
Postman
or
REST Assured
⚙️ Exposure to
