Company Overview:

We are a reputed stationery manufacturing company based in Rai, Haryana, committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers. We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance/Quality Control Manager to lead our quality team and ensure adherence to quality standards across all production lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Management System:

Implement and maintain robust QA/QC procedures in line with ISO or industry-specific standards.

• Inspection & Testing:

Supervise in-process and final product inspections to ensure compliance with quality benchmarks.

• Process Improvement:

Identify process gaps and lead quality improvement initiatives across departments.

• Documentation & Compliance:

Maintain accurate records of quality checks, audits, and non-conformance reports. Ensure all SOPs and quality protocols are up to date.

• Team Supervision:

Lead, train, and mentor the QA/QC team to enforce best practices in quality assurance.

• Customer Complaints:

Investigate and resolve quality-related customer complaints with corrective and preventive actions.

• Cross-Functional Coordination:

Work closely with production, R&D, and procurement teams to ensure raw materials and finished goods meet quality norms.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC, preferably in stationery manufacturing or FMCG sector.
• Strong knowledge of quality control standards, testing tools, and regulatory compliance.
• Hands-on experience in ISO, GMP, and similar quality frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and quality data reporting tools.
