1.To verify the customer returns for the quality standards at warehouse. 2.Crucial for identifying even minor defects or discrepancies. 3.To assess product quality and identify patterns in defects. 4.To address and resolve quality issues efficiently. 5.To clearly report findings and collaborate with team members. 6.To manage documentation and maintain an organized work area. 7.Familiarity with WMS, spreadsheets (e.g., Excel), and other data entry software. 8.May involve standing for long periods, lifting, and moving items. 9.Baisc understanding of Apparel industry quality standards.
