HotWax is looking to build a next generation QA team that understands how AI and other testing automation tools redefine testing for multi-tenant, high availability, SaaS products.

Role

Your role will be to work with the Director of Product to define HotWax Commerce product QA with clear KPIs of reducing bugs in production and eliminating regression with minimal manual testing. 

Responsibilities:

• Create a QA tech stack to automate QA for HotWax Commerce.
• Create meaningful test cases. 
•  Write and execute test cases to find system bugs. 
•  Enforce and ensure test coverage across multiple solutions and modules. 
• Execute strategies to test complex software systems. 
• Establish processes and tools to produce actionable metrics and enforceable goals. 

Technology/Skills:

•  Exposure to project management tools like ClickUp 
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues independently or collaboratively. 
•  QA automation tools 
• GitHub and GitLab 
• Google Sheets and other GSuite Products 
• 50+ WPM typing
