About the Role:

We’re seeking a skilled Python GenAI Developer to build and scale Generative AI solutions using LLMs, diffusion models, and modern ML frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build Python apps leveraging GenAI models and integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Cohere, Anthropic).
• Fine-tune open-source models using Hugging Face.
• Collaborate with ML teams to create training/inference pipelines.
• Design prompt strategies and ensure engineering best practices (CI/CD, testing).
• Optimize models for latency/memory.
• Translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Implement RAG pipelines (LangChain, LlamaIndex), LLM evals (Prompt Flow, Langfuse), and observability tools (Galileo, PromptLayer).
• Ensure app reliability, performance, and cost-efficiency.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Proficient in Python, OOP, REST, Git, Docker, and CI/CD.
• Strong experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, LangChain, LlamaIndex, FastAPI.
• Familiarity with PyTorch, Transformers, Hugging Face, RAG strategies, and cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of LLMOps (monitoring, latency optimization).
• Skilled in building and evaluating ML/NLP models with human-in-the-loop feedback.

Good-to-Have:

• Vector DBs (FAISS, Pinecone), agentic workflows (LangGraph, AutoGen).
• Real-time streaming AI apps.
• Open-source GenAI contributions.
• Front-end knowledge: React, Streamlit, Gradio.
