Location: Rajkot, Gujarat, India Job Description We are looking for a reliable and experienced Store & Purchasing Executive to manage our consumable store and oversee the procurement process for our CNC machine shop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling material inward, maintaining inventory levels, identifying alternate suppliers, sending inquiries, negotiating rates, and finalizing orders. This role also requires regular reporting and data handling using MS Excel. Key Responsibilities: Manage the consumable store and oversee all inward material processes Maintain stock levels of consumables, tools, oils, coolants, and raw materials Identify and maintain a database of alternate suppliers Raise inquiries, perform supplier negotiations, and finalize procurement Maintain proper documentation and records for all procurement activities Prepare regular reports using Microsoft Excel Ensure timely availability of required consumables and materials Coordinate with the production team to understand material requirements Qualification & Requirements Graduate or Diploma in any discipline Minimum 5 years of experience in store management or procurement, preferably in a CNC machine shop environment Strong understanding of consumables , tools, oils, coolants, and raw materials used in CNC operations Proficient in Microsoft Excel and capable of generating reports and tracking data Good knowledge of vendor sourcing, inquiry handling, and purchase negotiations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities independently
