Position Name - Purchase Manager CTC - Based on market standard Key Responsibilities:·         Procurement & Vendor Management ·        Identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers ·        Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery timelines. ·        Track purchase orders and coordinate timely delivery of materials.   Purchase Planning ·        Coordinate with internal team members and inventory departments for material requirement planning. ·        Maintain minimum stock levels and prevent stock-outs. ·        Compliance & Quality Assurance ·        Ensure all procurement activities meet GMP, FDA, and company compliance standards. ·        Assist in vendor audits and documentation for regulatory inspections. Cost Control & Budgeting ·        Optimize procurement costs and work within defined budgets. ·        Implement cost-saving strategies and alternative sourcing options. Documentation ·        Manage procurement activities through Progen Software ·        Maintain accurate documentation: purchase orders, invoices, delivery challans, GRNs, etc. Supplier Relationship Management ·        Develop and maintain good relationships with key suppliers. ·        Evaluate supplier performance periodically. ·        Market Research ·        Stay updated on market trends, pricing, availability, and supply chain risks. Key Skills & Competencies:         Strategic sourcing and negotiation ·        Knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance standards ·        Proficiency in Microsoft Excel ·        Excellent communication and analytical skills ·        Inventory management and supply planning ·        Team leadership abilities Educational Qualifications:• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Pharmacy / Science Experience:• 7–10 years of procurement experience in the pharmaceutical industry Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):·        On-time procurement & delivery Cost savings achieved Vendor performance & compliance Inventory turnover rate
