🧾 Position: Purchaser / Purchase Executive Department: Purchase & Vendor Management Reports To: Project Manager / Operations Head Location: [noida sec 52] Experience Required: 2–5 years in architecture/interior firm or construction industry 🎯 Key Responsibilities: Material Procurement: Source and purchase materials like plywood, laminates, hardware, tiles, sanitary ware, paints, lighting, etc. Ensure quality, pricing, and timely delivery from trusted vendors. Vendor Management: Maintain vendor database. Compare quotations, negotiate rates, and finalize purchase orders. Build relationships with local and national vendors. Site Coordination: Coordinate with site supervisors and project managers for material requirements. Track dispatches and deliveries at various project sites. Purchase Planning: Prepare weekly/monthly purchase schedules. Maintain stock levels and reduce wastage. Documentation & Billing: Maintain purchase records, bills, challans, and inward entries. Coordinate with accounts for timely vendor payments. Follow-Ups: Regular follow-up with vendors for pending deliveries or backorders. 🧠 Key Skills Required: Good understanding of interior/architectural materials. Strong negotiation & communication skills. Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets / Tally or similar software. Ability to handle multiple projects and vendors simultaneously.
