Job Location: Bangalore Experience Required: Minimum 4 Years in a Corporate interior designing firm Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchase Executive located in Bengaluru. The Purchase Executive will manage purchase orders and requisitions, oversee procurement processes, and ensure the timely supply of materials. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and maintaining records of all transactions. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role. Position: Purchase Executive/ Sr. Executive Roles and Responsibilities: • Tracking and ensuring the timely delivery of orders • Researching and sourcing potential vendors • Monitoring stock levels and identifying purchasing needs • Follow up with suppliers/transporters, maintain updated records of invoices and purchase orders. • Preparing Purchase Orders/ work orders and maintaining records on the ERP system • Coordination with internal departments, arranging for quotation as per the purchase indent • Checking bills and arranging for payment, negotiating with suppliers for purchase. • Handling of the Entire logistics • Freight Negotiation with the Shipping company or with forwarders Making contracts with Transporter Show more Show less
