Job Title: Senior Purchase Executive

Experience: Minimum 5 years in interior manufacturing or related industry
Location: GREATER NOIDA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of raw materials, furniture fittings, laminates, hardware, veneers, and other components required for interior manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of interior production materials, vendor management, cost optimization, and timely procurement to support production timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement Planning: Analyze project requirements and plan purchases to meet production schedules without delays.
• Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, evaluate vendor performance, negotiate pricing and delivery terms.
• Material Sourcing: Source materials such as plywood, laminates, MDF, hardware, acrylic, lighting, and modular furniture components.
• Cost Negotiation: Ensure competitive pricing while maintaining quality and delivery commitments.
• Purchase Orders: Prepare and issue purchase orders; follow up for timely delivery and quality compliance.
• Inventory Coordination: Work closely with the warehouse and inventory teams to track stock levels and ensure optimal inventory management.
• Documentation: Maintain proper documentation for audits, order tracking, delivery challans, and invoice processing.
• Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, new materials, and vendors to maintain a cost-effective procurement strategy.
• ERP/Software Proficiency: Use procurement and inventory management software for order processing and tracking (e.g., Tally, SAP, ERP systems).

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline; a diploma or degree in supply chain or procurement is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the interior design/manufacturing industry.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of interior manufacturing materials and suppliers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
